Welcome to the Academy Gallery The Academy Gallery is a weekly exhibition of confectionery created by Secret Sugar Academy members. There is no need to create something especially for the Gallery. If you've finished a cake, decorated a batch of cookies, made a cake topper or completed a dessert table this week, simply choose your favourite piece and enter it in the appropriate category. Every Academy member is invited to vote, while Studio members can exhibit their work and earn Academy Honours that appear on their profile in the Cake Registry. Whether you're sharing your first decorated cookies or your hundredth wedding cake, we're looking forward to seeing what you've been creating.
